9″ Grinder use causes fatality, blade shatters.

Asbestos found in imported building products across Australia.

Asbestos has been found in 50 current building sites across the country. Chinese imports the problem.

Worker crushed by scissor lift handrail and building on Adelaide Hospital.

A worker has died due to being crushed between the scissor lift handrail and the building. A similar incident occurred in 2014 also resulting in a workers death. A second worker was operating the EWP at the time.
